On how easy it is to try-at-home:
“A lot of places I had to book really far in advance. What I really liked about [Grace + Ivory’s] website was that it was easy for me to determine what was available and there was like a little calendar I could see exactly which dress would be available to ship on which date. And so it's easy to align a couple of dresses that were available in the time window that I needed.” – Carolyn
“It was so personalized, I was sent emails with all the measurements and how-to videos, and it was such a seamless process… I’ve talked about how the in-person experiences lacked a lot of customer service, and [Grace + Ivory] even though it’s a try-at-home service, I felt way more of a connection to the service aspect of it.” – Toni O.
“When I came across your site I just knew, it was obvious that it was going to be as good as going into a boutique bridal salon to try on dresses.” – Brittany M.
“In general it takes a lot of the stress off of a salesperson being there with you... You have a moment to sit with [the dresses]… Having the dresses at home was definitely a more comfortable process.” - Emily
“It was very clear and direct. It didn’t feel like there were any surprises or any uncertainty… There was so much information included about the return process, how it will be packaged, everything was extremely helpful.” – Carolyn

On TAH as an experience:
“It was a wonderful experience and [Grace + Ivory] was extremely helpful. I’m so happy that you offer that type of home service and the fact that it was only $25… If I were talking to a group of women I would say totally 100% use [Grace + Ivory], it was the best experience I could have.” – Nichole J.
“My mom is immunocompromised, so I didn’t want to take her into a boutique or anything like that… It definitely exceeded my expectations… It was basically having that same type of experience that you would have in a store but just in a more private setting, and it was something that I think [my mom] was excited about because she didn't have to wait until [Covid] cleared up a little bit” – Carolyn
“I made a bunch of snacks and we had champagne and we made like a really cute thing out of it... We checked in [to the hotel], called my mom and sister, and had a glass of champagne to just have fun and get settled in… It was really fun!” - Emily
“The process was really smooth of getting it ordered and picking out the dates, and providing instructions on what to do with the dress, how to repackage it, how to determine if this is truly your dress, and that great informational video on measuring.” – Nichole J.
“I’m so thankful that [Grace + Ivory] was around, it was a fun experience.” – Brittany M.

On why they recommend Grace + Ivory:
“When a company has a more personalized experience, that stands out to me. And that’s what Grace + Ivory does.” – Toni O.
“I really like the mission [of Grace + Ivory], and I’d rather give my business to a company that’s giving back than to one I don’t really know anything about.” - Carolyn
“There has not been one thing that I would change about any of the experience I’ve had with Grace + Ivory. The quality of the dress, and the timeliness, and the responsiveness.. There’s not thing that I would say went wrong, or that was frustrating in this whole process for me.” – Brittany M.
“The Grace + Ivory ability to customize a little bit, the quality with Grace + Ivory was better… they had a little bit something extra that the other dresses didn't have that I loved.” - Emily
