Measurements

We have several options for you to share your measurements with us to complete your made-to-measure order, regardless of where you are located. If you have access to an iPhone or iPad with Face ID, you can opt to use our free body measurement service, powered by our technology partner TrueToForm. Click the ‘Send Measurements’ button above and follow the QR code to take a scan and share your measurements with us using the TrueToForm app, available on the App Store. If you prefer, you can also share your scan with our Share Code 815783 directly within the TrueToForm app.

 

Please wear form fitting clothing during the scan that does not change the natural shape of the body. For example, a lightly lined bra and leggings, or the undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear under the finished look.

 

TrueToForm does not collect or store photographs or videos during the scanning process. The resulting avatar is a fully anonymized 3D body model that does not capture facial features, and allows us to extract measurements in order to ensure a great proportional fit for your made-to-measure Grace + Ivory dress.

Along with the scan, we will also send you a measurement guide so you have the option to take manual measurements. As part of your dress package to our team, we will ask you to take key manual measurements and send 3 photos for measurement checks. When submitting your scan, please make sure that the name and email associated with your scan match the name and email on your purchase order number. Once complete, email your stylist with measurement photos and any additional customization requests, including:

• - Heel height
• - Bra size
• - Preferred sleeve length
• - Shoulder-to-shoulder, shoulder-to-waist, and shoulder-to-apex photos.

If you don't have access to an iPhone or iPad with Face ID, or would prefer not to take a scan, please let us know.

 

Please submit your measurements as soon as possible after your stylist has sent your initial order email. We're so excited to be working with you!
